The nine time Grammy Award winning musician, actress and all other sorts of talents (that would take too long to list) is selling her exquisitely designed equestrian facility with private nanny quarters, guest house and 14 stall barn. Don’t worry too much about the electric bills because this solar farm is estimated to create a 42% reduction in electric costs.
