Many homeowners justifiably feel “beaten up” by the housing market downturn. And it’s true that for some people homeownership isn’t the right decision. But current housing market crisis and all, homeownership is still a great deal for the vast majority of homeowners and prospective buyers — we’ll get through this crisis and people will again realize why owning a home is a big part of the “American dream.”
