Trulia Pro Dan Polimino and team from Fuller Sotheby’s Realty in Denver, Colorado is hosting the 53 Hour Open House home buying and selling marathon this weekend for the home located at 2309 South Columbine Street in Denver, Colorado and asking $1,649,000.

This weekend, we’re working with Dan and his creative team in Denver, Colorado to help them get the most quality home buyer eyeballs to their 53 Hour Open House event. Dan will be blogging on Trulia, have strategic banner ads on the site in key metros to help drive home buyers in this price range and location to the home and more. He’ll utilize a vast variety of new technology and social media tools to help spread the word and to talk w/ interested parties online and face to face. I’ll do my part as well by using various social media avenues and our Trulia iPhone Open House app.

Trulia is big on Open Houses. And so are many real estate agents, home buyers and sellers on Trulia. Our recent survey showed that home buyers are twice as likely to search for open houses online than in print. The popularity of open houses varies from market to market from both the agent and consumer side. Finding an area where there is a balance of interest and demand can help increase the success rate.

Trulia is big on creative agents and brokers who think outside the box. Last year we worked with a couple agents where we did some video in Brooklyn, New York and some open house live streaming in Healdsburg, California.
