Trulia

Ok, so last week we won the Webby, earlier this week we were on Google Trends Top 100 and now we learn that we moved up to #6 on ComScore! Nice.

You can see how far we have climbed since 2006:

Aug 2006 - #50
April 2007 - #25
Nov 2007 - #12
April 2009 - #6

Trulia’s rapid growth has been amazing. We have fantastic broker and agent partners who have believed in us and supported us through our growing years. More and more we’re getting serious home buyers and sellers active on Trulia and their successfully connecting with agents. So thanks to everyone who makes Trulia a great real estate resource. We look forward to continuing to bring more user friendly features and innovation into the real estate space.

Well, I must say I am disappointed you are not above Zillow. I have been on vacation this week or I might have been able to boost you higher :). I will post more links this week. Twitter, facebook, maybe I will use my zillow profile and post some links over there… just kidding.(or am I)

This does not surprise me. I think Trulia does a great job in being a place to start getting information on real estate for consumers. It provides many useful tools to the extent that an aggregated site can do. Ultimately then it is up to the consumer to move beyond this and get a hands on feel from a local professional Realtor.
