Searching for homes just got even easier on Trulia. Check out our top three cool features that are designed to help home owners, buyers and sellers get exactly what they want.

Worried about your home value? You can find out how much properties like yours are selling for in your city. Or, if you’re looking to buy, pick a location and see every home within 10 miles of your city. Find your favorites, and then get driving directions directly from Google Maps. Read on to find out how.

1) Double your options with radius search

In today’s housing market, it pays to be open-minded about different neighborhoods. Enter any city or zip code on Trulia and see listings up to TEN miles from that location. It’s like a whole new world of homes. Enter your city to try it now.

2) How much would your home sell for?
	Are you a homeowner worried about your local property values? Find out how much homes like yours are selling for with email alerts. Enter your zip code and select the ‘Email alerts’’ icon to stay on top of your local prices. See an example for Jersey City or enter your city »

Britney Spears re-lists Beverly Hills mansion
The two-time-award-winning performer (and tabloid favorite) has re-listed her notorious Beverly Hills home. Word is that she wants to relocate to a home with more privacy and space to raise her two young boys.The Renaissance-style mansion was built in 2001 and sprawls 7,453 square feet. It boasts five bedrooms, six baths, maids’ quarters, a wet bar, a library and carved millwork details throughout. When not touring or having babies, the pop star found respite in the property’s lush landscaping, outdoor pool, spa, and - of course - his and her baths.
