I don’t use any of the above. I been a fan of my AT&T Tilt. I have been intrigued by the I phone but not enough to stand in line.

I am going to be watching and reading any feedback or reports on the iPhone during the next week. If the feedback is good, and the phone is available next week, I plan to get one.

I currently have a Blackberry and a broadband card for my laptop. It would be great if I could shed those two in favor of the iPhone. No decsions made yet, but keeping my ears open for comments that might help shape my decisions.

In my humble opinion any of these work great, the problem is that real estate agents are simply having to answer them too much. A sample study in in North Carolina states specifically the advantages of text messaging and real estate.

    Why Texting Works!!

There are reportedly more than 233 million consumers in the US rely heavily upon their handsets as a vital communication link. Did you know that over one billion text messages are being sent every day in the U.S. alone? The mobile phone is one of the most personal tool that people own. How come you see more people on their cellphones than actually talking face-to-face? Who can’t refuse opening up a text message when the phone vibrates?

Are you ready to eliminate the hassle, waste and cost paper flyers? Do you want to “GO GREEN”?

Take advantage of impulsive buyers and let prospects send a text message to receive information about your properties instantly. You get their information to follow up, while they get the property info they want immediately.

On your mobile phone send a text message to the number 95495 with the following text “REAL 1″. You should receive info about a home in seconds.

Can’t wait for the great RE apps on the iPhone. Although this is not a typical iPhone app, I have been using this iPhone friendly site. As I am frequently on the road, I need mobile access to all my favorite RE blogs. Check it out here: http://www.irealtyblogs.com/iphone/preview/

When you are on your iPhone, check it out at http://www.irealtyblogs.com. The page will display on any mobile device, but the iPhone is why I made it. It contains all the web’s great RE blogs including Inman, Zillow, Trulia, Geek Estate, Mike’s Corner, and many more.

The page allows you to share on Twitter, Digg, delicious, and your iPhone contacts.

I think all realtors should use the Palm Treo, and I dont know why crackberry doesnt put infrared on their phones. We need it for our supra keys
