No. We are not an IDX provider nor do we function as one. However, if you are looking to make a connection with a potential home buyer or seller, Trulia does offer you a number of options. The first thing I recommend is to sign up and get a free profile on Trulia. Fill it out as completely as you can. Then, if you have listings, check to see if your broker is already a Trulia partner, if not, you can send them to us in one of 4 different ways - submit your listings for free here
Then, after you have added your listings, you can brand them with your contact information for free. They will also appear on your profile page for consumers to see. Then, make sure to visit Trulia Voices - our real estate Q&A community and find local questions from consumers in your area to answer. By answering questions, you will give the consumer an idea of how you think. This glimpse can help them make a better decision when looking for an agent to work with.
