I see many questions about agents working on short sales and the home sellers getting anoid. When a home owner decides to go forward with a short sale they need to make sure the real estate agent they choose has experience in short sales. My suggestion for minimum requrements is an accepted/closed short sale in the last 4-6 months, and has worked on at least 5 short sales.
