		<description>Most individual buyers need to buy a home based on their life needs (or wants).  Timing a market bottom (or top) is impossible.  Asking a Real Estate Agent if it is a good time to buy reminds me of a Warren Buffett quote: "Never ask the barber if you need a haircut".</description>
