Everybody’s Voice Counts

Voices-IconIt seems like lists are all the rage these days so we decided to create one of our own. Each Monday, we will feature the Top 10 Trulia Voices Questions by page views from the previous week. We think it’s important to highlight the fantastic online conversation that is happening between buyers, sellers and real estate agents everyday on Trulia Voices. With Voices receiving nearly 1,000 questions and answers per day, it can be a challenge to keep up even for real estate aficionados like myself.

This weeks results show 5 of the top 10 questions coming from home buyers, 3 from home sellers, 1 from a home buyer/seller and 1 from an agent. Serious home buyers and sellers are taking the time to ask questions on Voices. This is a great opportunity for local real estate experts to jump in and help them with their needs.

This is a nice addition to the blog - one question though…..how do you figure all the thumbs up and down? Sometimes it seems so random. Are you guys planning to change the rating system at all?

    Hi Ines!

Thanks. I like it too. We’ve gotten lots of feedback on the thumbs up and down feature and we do have ideas on addressing this. I’ll let you know as soon as I have more details……Stay well…….

    Rudy,

I think you should try to get REM to cover that ‘voices’ song by Ozzie. For some reason REM sounds more like trulia to me that Ozzie…….

I am a little surprised that such a local question like the one addressing Ellijay Georgia made the top ten list. Any idea why something so specific would draw so many eyeballs?

    Hi Bob!

An REM cover would be sweet. We have a variety of flavors over here you know….

Although it’s local geographically, it addresses some common consumer questions.

Where’s my umbrella? Time to visit the rain :)
