Currently listed and recently sold properties appear on the page with each “for sale” listing, along with graphs showing how that house compares with similar homes. It also gives you the year built, square footage and sales history.

This woman has been spewing garbage since she first got a taste for TV. She’s been dead wrong on everything but the timing of her RE company sale, she doesn’t bother to mention that she sold at the top. It’s like a former CEO telling you how great the company is, after selling 100% of holdings. I don’t believe a word she says, in fact, I believe the OPPOSITE of what she says.
She belongs in the company of Spitzer and Cramer and Paulson– liars by design.
