One thing to point out, you can configure your Widgetbox Blidget to show your answers just below the questions so visitors to your site see only your answers. I would suggest this improvement. Just have the agent's answer appear when the question link is clicked. Some questions have a lot of answers and it may be difficult to find the agent's answer.
