		<description>I too, would love to see what the standards are going to look like and whether you are going to be sharing them with others in the industry.  I would think that you would, as this would possibly encourage more brokers to submit their information to sites like yours.  Wouldn't this help to actually increase the "quality" of the search criteria and increase the number of listings "live" that match their results?
