Open houses, however are really an ineffective form of marketing propety. Too many Realtors continue to mislead their clients by presenting this as a good means of selling a home. Open houses do more to benefit a Realtor than they do to get that particular home sold. Nationally less than 1% of homes are sold because of an open house. The layout of the presentation is great.
