Her whole model of Modesty is something that should be practiced with by any sales professional. If you want to last in any game, you must build your relationship, and people must want to be around you and gravitate to you. If you can't master that technique, you'll just be mediocre. As far as real estate marketing is concerned, I honestly think it's all about showing AS MUCH OF THE HOME as possible online ... or else you're just wasting everybody's time. Show a Youtube video, show tons of pics, give me lots of details!
