Last week, Curbed SF relaunched with new editor Sarah Hromack at the helm and a renewed commitment to covering all the coolest stuff in our fair city. We’ve already seen their coverage go into overdrive in the past few days and we can’t wait to see what Sarah’s got up her sleeve.

Noe Valley and Pac Heights were the most popular ‘hoods — and the most expensive on the list. Home buyers looking for less expensive digs put SoMa and Hayes Valley on the list at #8 and 9.
