This week we are excited to announce the Trulia Century Award winners - that is an award to everyone who has answered more than 100 questions in the first 100 days since the launch of Trulia Voices.

There are 20 25 of these exceptional Voices, who have not only been active contributors on the site, but also provided us with product feedback, insight and opinions along the way. This week we sent them a little token of our appreciation and wanted to make sure they received a Trulia Blog shout out for the achievement and for their work putting Trulia Voices on the path to success.

So, to Deborah, Pam, Bruce, Jeannette, Melissa, Bridgette, Carrie, Keith, Cindi, Roberta, Mitchell, Jim, Paul, Kristal, Mario, Brian, Ellen, Ted, Herman, Kaye, Chris, Irina, Maureen, Ruth, and Sylvia and all of the Trulia Voices community…thanks for helping us get through the first 100 and we look forward to many hundreds more!

8/24 Note: We made an error and initially missed some super stars that belong on the list of Trulia Century Award winners. To Sylvia, Maureen, Ruth, Irina & Chris – your contributions are very much appreciated by the Trulia Voices team; sorry about the oversight!

Thank you .. what a pleasant surprise. I have really enjoyed Trulia Voices as it gives buyers and sellers a place to ask questions of real estate professionals and get a lot of feedback.
I think this is a terrific tool and commend Trulia for giving it life.

The real kudos go to Trulia for making participation
such a pleasure. Thank you! For those staffers who don’t
have time to check the public boards:

Mix equal parts of insomnia and Trulia addiction.
Add one dedicated real estate professional.
    Sprinkle with consumers in need.

The result: a compulsive Trulia poster!

Thank you so much for your award, quite unexpected, especially since I really just discovered this forum. I also really love the fact that Trulia staff members jump in the forum to address the concerns, fix problmes or just chat and visit. Great customer service, makes the visit so much better and fun!

Will see you more online and probably even in town!

    Thanks again,
    Sylvia

Thanks Trulia! What a wonderful surprise.

This is such a great forum for consumers and real estate consultants. Here’s looking towards many more Q & As.

    Thanks again!

As a Trulia newbie, I am beginning to wonder if Trulia really does have a customer service department? I am also a paying customer, having bought enhanced featured homes, yet nobody has responded to any of my emails in spite of the “one business day” response commitment. If I am paying for a service I should not have to depend on the agent community to answer my questions as some of them are as lost as I am.

There is no phone number available anywhere to speak to a live person and that makes it even more difficult.

I would appreciate it if someone could contact me at this email address to tell me how to contact your support people so I can get my questions answered and my technical problems solved.
