Call me old school, but I really prefer to read about things, quietly, rather than watch a video and have the sound on. It would really be nice to have the option of watching a video or reading the text.

No body can negate the importance of technology. Its important and necessary to put technology in real estate business.

Wow, this guy is a tool. Tell him to put the eyeglasses down already! He sounds like he could barely run a lawnmower let alone a hi-tech real estate company.
