There is a Manhattan Board of Realtors (aka MANAR) we are part of the National Association of Realtors. There are 72 firms who are currently member representing 1100 realtors. We not only have an MLS we also have an IDX which 14 firms are currently using quite successfully. Using Trulia is a nice step forward in the eyes of the consumer but from an agent's point of view it's still really embarassing how backwater the Manhattan co-broke system is and seems will stay. Trulia, welcome to the oligopoly that is is Manhattan's residential brokerage industry. Interesting, the big boys at REBNY have found yet another stall tactic to avoid
